Compounds of formula (I)or therapeutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof, are useful for treating bacterial infections, psoriasis, arthritis, and toxicity due to chemotherapy. Preparation of the compounds, compositions containing the compounds, and treatment of diseases using the compounds are disclosed.
