PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized capsule endoscope capable of receiving power supply when required. SOLUTION: This capsule endoscope has a lighting means for lighting in vivo, an imaging means for taking the image of the living body inner part lighted by the lighting means and a transmitting means for transmitting the image signal by the imaging means to the outside of the body by radio wave. The endoscope further comprises an optical generating element which receives an external infrared ray to supply power to the capsule endoscope. |
