PURPOSE: A tax evasion preventing system is provided to check a cash receipt card, with a customer identification number, offered by the customer when purchasing a commodity, to transmit a transaction amount and a seller code to a tax management server, and to enable the customer to pay a corresponding tax by using a cyber housekeeping book system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a cash receipt card, a receipt card process terminal, a tax management server, a cyber housekeeping book system, and a taxation system. The cash receipt card includes a customer identification number. The receipt card process terminal checks and processes the cash receipt card offered by the customer when the customer purchases a commodity or enjoys a service. The tax management server receives a transaction amount, and a seller code from the receipt card process terminal, and stores the data at a database. The cyber housekeeping book system offers a housekeeping book service by using the database. The taxation system enables the customer to pay the tax by using the database.
