PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpressive scraper conveyer for powder transferring by decreasing height of a hopper to reduce a construction cost of a building and dispensing with an expressive screw conveyer. SOLUTION: The scraper conveyer S for transferring powder delivers the powder outward from the inside of a vessel or an apparatus. A transferring trough 3 is provided at the bottom of the vessel or the apparatus, a pair of right and left conveyer chains 1 are disposed on both right and left sides of the transferring trough 3, a transferring device 2 comprising a mounting plate 21 bridged between the conveyer chains at an adequate interval and a transferring scraper 23 projected in a substantially dog leg shape on the outer surface of the mounting plate 21 is provided between the conveyer chains 1. The transferring scraper 23 collects the powder to a discharge trough 33 provided on the bottom of the transferring trough 3 for delivery by driving of the conveyer chains 1 by a driving means.
