PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and effectively remove remainings of printing material residues or the like, which have been left still on both the sides and in openings of a screen plate even after being cleaned with cleaning solution, during the drying process of the screen plate. SOLUTION: An upper unit A and a lower unit B are respectively opposedly provided horizontally and receiprocatingly shiftably on the top surface side and the under surface side of the horizontally set and cleaned-over screen plate. The reciprocating shifting of the respective units A and B is so constituted as to resepectively and simultaneously realize the sliding removal of the remainings of the residue of printing material, which has left still on the respectively opposing surfaces of the screen plate 1 even after cleaning, the sucking removal of the remainings of the residues or the like slidngly removed, the remainings of residues or the like left in the openings of the screen plate 1 and the cleaning solution and the drying of the screen plate 1. In addition, an actuation interlocking mechanism for synchronously and reciprocatingly shifting the two units is equipped.
