PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding mold which can improve productivity by preventing defects such as 'wetting' of a molding caused by gas generated from a resin during molding and obviating a mold cleaning process for removing a deposit caused by the generated gas, and a molding method using the mold. SOLUTION: The molding mold has a gas vent 14 for releasing the gas generated from the molten resin and an exhaust channel 12 which is formed to adjoin the gas vent and communicate with the vent and passes air through the channel 12 by suction. The vent 12 is arranged to be separated from a gate part.
