PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide guide post structure for a die holder capable of preventing the generation of off set between an upper die holder and a lower die holder and having excellent workability for a press operator. SOLUTION: A reference guide 10 is composed of a columnar reference guide rod 11 and a guide hole 12 corresponding to it, unidirectional guides 20 are composed of three unidirectional guide rods 21 and three guide holes 22 corresponding to those. The reference guide hole 12 is a circular hole of the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of the reference guide rod 11, the unidirectional guide rod 21 is nearly rectangular in cross section, the unidirectional guide hole 22 is nearly rectangular in cross section, the major axis dimension of the unidirectional guide hole 22 is longer than the major axis dimension of the unidirectional guide rod 21, and the minor axis dimension of the unidirectional guide rod 21 is equal to the minor axis dimension of the unidirectional guide hole 22. The major axis directions of three unidirectional guides 20 are disposed along the direction facing the reference guide 10.
