FACE-TO-FACE KITCHEN UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face-to-face kitchen unit in which construction is undertaken without problems in fire protection by arranging a storage furniture on backside of a hot cooking table and using effectively a backside space of the hot cooking table and a range hood is attached without fail. SOLUTION: The storage furniture 3 and the hot cooking plate 4 are arranged between a kitchen and a neighboring room to divide them. The storage furniture 3 and the hot cooking plate 4 are arranged back to back so that the hot cooking plate 4 faces to the kitchen side and the storage furniture 3 to the neighboring room. A substrate sub frame is attached to the backside face of the storage furniture 3 projecting upward from the hot cooking plate 4. A fireproof board with a fireproofing substrate is attached to the surface of the substrate sub frame and a fireproofing kitchen board 7 is laminated on the surface of the substrate fireproof board. A range hood 8 which arranged on the kitchen side of the kitchen board 7 is supported with the substrate sub frame through the kitchen board 7 and substrate fireproof board.
