PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operabilities of an exhaustion auger and an exhaustion outlet. SOLUTION: An exhaustion outlet-rotation base 36 is set to the top end of the exhaustion auger 15, the exhaustion outlet 25 is rotatably mounted to the base 36 and a remote operation box 56 that operates the revolution of the auger 15 and the rotation of the exhaustion outlet 25 is arranged near a pivoting shaft 35 for rotating the outlet 25. In adddition, the exhaustion outlet- rotation base 36 is also used as an upper cover for covering rotation units, for example, a motor 45 and gears 49, 50, and the like, for rotating the exhaustion outlet 25. The rotation units are arranged in the remote operation box 56. In another embodiment, the rotation units are arranged in a cover (cover box 68) and this cover is arranged near the pivoting shaft 35 for rotating at an outer face of the exhaustion outlet 25. In addition, sensors are set to suitable positions, for example, the outlet 25, the exhaustion auger 15, and the like, and the angle of the outlet 25 to the ground is measured by the sensors and the machine is controlled so that the auger 15 may not be driven, when the angle of the outlet 15 is below a prescribed value.
