PURPOSE: A bridge inspecting ladder with an elevating protector is provided to make a user safely move for inspecting a bridge, thereby preventing accidents and increasing the efficiency of inspection. CONSTITUTION: A bridge inspecting ladder(A) with an elevating protector includes many steps(21) and a ladder(b) fixed on the outer wall of the parapet of a bridge by upper and lower brackets(3) in state of forming a U-shaped protection net, wherein guide pipes(5) of regular length are attached to the brackets, slide pipes(11) of a protector main body(1) are inserted into the guide pipes, the protector ascends and descends at the outside of the ladder by connecting a wire(84) of a lifting element(8) to a support of the lower end of the protector main body.
