PURPOSE: A computer security system and method is provided to enable a user to wear a necklet with an RF(Radio Frequency) signal transmitter, and to control a computer when the user comes close to the computer so that the security state of the computer can be released or driven automatically according to a distance between the computer and the user. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an RF signal receiver and an RF signal transmitter. The RF signal receiver under the same environment of the computer, is connected to the computer via a USB port and receives an electric power directly from the computer without a built-in power source. The RF signal transmitter, portable and fixed at an accessary e.g. a necklet which the user can wear, owns a coin battery power source. The system can be made for a private purpose or a business purpose. The system for the business purpose can control a plurality of computers within a designated area. The system can not be copied because the code signal is changed at every signal transmission.
