PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an skin cell activator which can activate the skin cell to increase metabolism and maintain the effect for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This skin cell activator is obtained by including at least three components of I type collagen peptide, hyaluronic acid and elastic which constitute a main component of collagen fiber 31, humor 33 and elastic fiber 32, respectively. By ingesting this activator into the body, cell main three components necessary to from the cell of good quality can be supplied.
