PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler box for live fishes capable of maintaining a water-temperature environment in which a fish gets used to live and transporting a fish in a living state. SOLUTION: This cooler box for live fishes for transporting fishes in a living state is equipped with a water channel 4 for circulating water stored in a small- sized water tank 3, a cooling means 7 for cooling water flowing in the water channel 4 of a water sprinkling means 6 equipped with a pump 5, and a control means 10 for controlling the cooling means 7 by a water temperature detected with a first water temperature detection sensor 8 for detecting a water temperature in the small-sized water tank 3 and maintains water temperature in the small-sized water tank 3 at a preset standard water temperature.
