PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner capable of sucking dust, and wiping a floor surface by a cleaning plate. SOLUTION: A main body case has a roughly triangular cross sectional form which is protruded at a center part on the floor surface side, bristles are planted close to a laterally long opening, and it is composed of a laterally long cleaning plate covered with soft materail or a raised fabric and provided on the bottom surface side, the laterally long opening for sucking dust, and a connection part to be rotatably connected to an extension pipe of a vacuum cleaner on the upper surface side. A throwaway nonwoven fabric sheet or a raised fabric provided with closely planted pile is covered on the cleaning plate for using it.
