PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation packing device capable of preventing a slip between a packing paper roll and a rotating shaft to which the packing paper roll is mounted by a simple structure without causing a trouble to replacement work. SOLUTION: The solid preparation packing device is provided with a plurality of tablet cases to store solid preparations by kind and packing paper 20 that is rolled and can be thermally melted and adhered, and pack solid preparations discharged from the tablet cases by the packing paper 20, and the packing paper 20 is coiled around a shaft 21 mounted rotatably to a rotating shaft 16 and forms a roll, and engagement portions 16A are formed in the rotating shaft 16, and engaged portions 21A engaging detachably with the engagement portions 16A are formed in the shaft 21.
