PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image from which effects of regular reflection light reflected by a biological tissue by irradiation of light are correctly eliminated in an endoscopic image-obtaining method and device. SOLUTION: Reflection light reflected by a biological tissue 1 receiving irradiation of light outgoing form a light source 100 to be transmitted through an endoscope unit 200 is picked up by the endoscope unit 200, it is then converted into two-dimensional image data to be stored in an operation unit 400, and in the operation unit 400, the two-dimensional image data is operated to obtain a reflection image, where a low-pass filter process is applied to the two-dimensional data to obtain the reflection image.
