摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing jig capable of securing usual processing accuracy even if an industrial robot is used as a driving means by enhancing the rectilinear locus accuracy of the industrial robot by a low-priced and simple structure, and also to rationalize a method for carrying work in and out. SOLUTION: A movable member 13 is provided so that it can move in the X-axis direction on a base block 2 with processing stages S1, S2 disposed thereon in the X-axis direction while a movable table 14 is provided on the member 13 so that it can move in a direction normal to the X-axis direction. A first guide means 16 is provided between the block 2 and the member 13 to guide the member 13 in the X-axis direction. A second guide means 18 is provided between the member 13 and the table 14 to guide the table 14 in the Y-axis direction. The table 14 is equipped with a laser irradiator 15 for processing work and a pressing means 21 for pressing the work against each processing station. The industrial robot 22 is connected to the table 14, and the table 14 is moved in the X-axis and Y-axis directions.</p>
