PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product laminated by a wood flour-containing plastic film reduced in surface flaw, having a woody feeling used for decoration, for example, for the lamination to a metal, a woody material and an inorganic material and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The product laminated by the wood flour-containing plastic film reduced in surface flaw is constituted of a two-layered structure wherein a thermoplastic resin film with a thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm is laminated to an upper layer comprising a thermoplastic resin film with a thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm containing 7 weight % or more of wood flour with a particle size of 2-300μm.
