PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat supporting structure of excellent durability which can be installed even in a public toilet room without generating troubles, and in which an upper surface of the toilet stool can be cleaned easily. SOLUTION: A low tank 2 is installed on an upper surface of the rearmost part of a toilet stool 1, and a toilet seat box 4 is installed between a toilet bowl 3 and the low tank 2. The toilet seat 5 and a toilet cover 6 are vertically rotatably installed on the toilet seat box 4. On a lower surface of the toilet seat box 4, a protruded part 7 is provided, and a space 8 is formed between the toilet stool 1 and the toilet seat box 7 by this. For letting top parts of cleaning nozzles 13, 14 face with the toilet bowl 3, an installation part 12 for the cleaning nozzles 13, 14 are extended from a lower part of a front edge of the toilet seat box 4 diagnoally downward. When contamination of urine or the like is attached to an upper surface of the toilet stool 1 under the toilet seat box 4, cleaning devices or hands can be inserted into the space 8 to easily remove it for cleaning.
