PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply arrange a document consisting of a large number of papers in a neat manner and then proceed to binding operation efficiently. SOLUTION: A pair of platelike auxiliary fitments are used which have a space for stapling and perforating by a punch and also graduations.
