PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugation-type composite formed product where the bleeding of an impregnated functional ingredient is effectively restrained, excellent functionalities (deodorizing property, antimicrobial property, etc.), inherent in the functional ingredient are exhibited to their maximum, the functionalities last for a long term even when used under a condition bringing the above product into contact with water and therefore the functionalities have durability, and also safety is high even when used under such a condition as brings the above product into contact with a human body, and to provide a method for producing the composite formed product. SOLUTION: This conjugation-type (sheath-core conjugated-type or bimetallic conjugation-type) composite formed product is composed of an inner component X and an outer component Y. The inner component X is made of a first resin (H). The outer component Y is made of a second resin (L) compounded with both of at least one kind of functional ingredients (A) selected from the group consisting of catechins, saponins, tea-leaf powder, tea-leaf extract and tannin (or tannic acid, and a ceramic ingredient (C). The first resin (H) and the second resin (L) are different in their kind from each other.
