PURPOSE: A construction process management system is provided to enable a field manager to access a web site and to input a daily report including current process status and cost, to process the input data and store the processed data at a database, and to enable a process manager to check the process status and the loss & profit status. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises status tables and daily report forms. The status tables include an overall process status table, an individual field process status table and an individual process status table. The status tables are constructed to compare a process rate with a cost. The daily report forms include a daily construction report form, a daily equipment report form, a daily material report form, a daily cost report form, a daily outsourcing process report form or others. If a field manager inputs data in the daily report form and transmits the report form to the web server, then the server automatically updates hierarchically upper status list files, and stores the files. The overall process status table displays a construction field name, a contract amount, an established amount, an overall cost, an establishment rate and a profit & loss based on the input daily report. The individual field process status table displays accumulated establishment data, an overall cost, a monthly cost, a process rate and other data for each construction field.
