PURPOSE: A medical video diagnosing conference system is provided to photograph a patient with a medical video scanner, and to cause two doctor groups to discuss medical video data for the patient. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a communication network, a terminal for a readout doctor, and a terminal for a doctor in charge. A camera, a mike and a speaker are mounted on the terminal for a readout doctor, which outputs medical video data of a patient on a screen, displays the image of a doctor in charge on the screen, and outputs the audio signal of the doctor to the speaker. A camera, a mike and a speaker are also mounted on the terminal for a doctor in charge, which outputs the same medical video data as the medical video data output to the terminal for a readout doctor, displays the image of the readout doctor on a screen, and outputs the audio signal of the readout doctor to the speaker.
