<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent resin minute particle having an average article diameter of not more than 90 nm and useful as an organic fluorescent pigment and its usage, and a commercially advantageous manufacturing method of the fluorescent resin minute particle. SOLUTION: This fluorescent resin minute particle is manufactured by first forming a colored mini-emulsion by dispersing and emulsifying a fluorescent resin particle (1) comprising a resin particle containing an organic fluorescent material and having an average particle diameter of not more than 90 nm, an organic fluorescent pigment (2) comprising the fluorescent resin minute particle, and at least a monomer, an organic fluorescent material soluble in the monomer, a surfactant, and a co-surfactant (3) in water, then polymerizing the dispersion in the presence of a polymerization initiator.</p> |
