PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the surface of a photocatalyst functional body without feeling rough and with a flat surface in the case where the photocatalyst functional body is stuck onto the surface of a base material by means of a flame spraying method. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst-treated body whose surface is treated by a flame spraying process wherein the photocatalyst functional body comprising at least a photo-semiconductor powder is stuck on the surface of a base material by means of a flame spraying and an impregnation process wherein insides of fine holes of the photocatalyst layer formed by the flame spraying process are sealed by filling them with an impregnating liquid, is provided. |
