PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the quality of a paste product produced by molding and heating a paste as a raw material. SOLUTION: This device for producing the paste product has a grinder 11 for grinding fishes or the like to produce the product paste. The method for producing the paste product, comprising receiving the product paste produced with the grinder 11 in a vessel, namely a hopper 12a, carrying the product paste to a molding machine 13 through a carrying path 14, molding the product paste in a prescribed shape, and then heating the molded paste product with a heater 16 to finish into the paste product, is characterized by heating the product paste with a temperature-controlling machine 22 for applying an electric current to the product paste at a constant temperature, and then carrying the temperature-controlled product paste to the heater 16 via the molding machine 13. Thereby, the paste products to be heated with the heater all can be heated in the same conditions and in a constant temperature condition. |
