PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a supply and demand plan of supply chains so as to increase company's profits. SOLUTION: A plan making part 28 and a plan determination changing part 32 are provided that make and change a supply and demand plan of receiving of orders, placing of orders, delivery, and shipping every month in processes of the supply chains comprising processes such as selling and producing processes of products and a producing process of components for producing the products so that the placing of orders to each producing process is within an order placeable range calculated by an order placeable range setting part 30 on the basis of facility, personnel, and the number of working days in each producing process and a profit indicator calculated by an indicator calculating part 26 using a producing cost of products including a material cost, a labor cost, and an equipment cost, an inventory storing cost and a transportation cost becomes maximum. Therefore, a practical supply and demand plan that can increases the company's profits can be made. |
