PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a work due to impact during handling of the work, to speed up a work charging operation, to simplify a structure of the work charging device, and to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A work storing room 2 is disposed in the peripheral edge part of a horizontally turnable rotation disk 1, and a work bringing-on part E and a work charging part G are faced to the peripheral edge part of the rotation disk 1. Works W received by the work bringing-on part W are stored in the work storing room 2 to be received on a work receiving plate 3, the rotation disk 1 is horizontally turned to face the work storing room 2 to the work charging part G, and the works W are dropped from the work receiving plate 3 into an emboss 13 of a work carrier 10.
