PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting jig for a lifted object capable of easily adjusting the position of the lifted point of the lifted object and absorbing a force acting on the lifted object by ocean waves. SOLUTION: This lifting jig comprises a lifted object support member (lifting beam 31), a lifting member 33 installed on the support member, and lifting metal bars 35 attached to the lifting member 33. The support member further comprises a positioning means (hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal direction of bridge 37, hydraulic cylinder in lateral direction of bridge 38) for adjusting the relative positional relation of the suspended member with the lifted object, and the lifting metal bars are attached to the lifting member so that only the movement thereof to the lower side is arrested and the movement to the upper side is allowed.
