PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of conveying a plate-like material stably without adjustment even if thickness of the plate-like material such as a stiffener changes. SOLUTION: The conveying device comprises a guide rail 2 capable of guiding the plate-like material 1 horizontally, a plurality of driving rollers 3a, 3b that are arranged at an interval shorter than the length of the plate-like material 1 along the guide rail 2 and can convey the plate-like material in one direction on the guide rail 2 by a predetermined distance, pressing rollers 4a, 4b that are arranged directly above the driving rollers 3a, 3b respectively and can press the material 1 toward the guide rail 2, support members 5a, 5b that pivotably support auxiliary rollers 11a, 11b arranged at positions higher than the pressing rollers 4a, 4b by predetermined amount on this side in the conveying direction of the material 1 of the pressing rollers 4a, 4b and are applied with a pressing force toward the guide rail 2, and bearing rollers 12a, 12b for reducing friction among the lower parts of the auxiliary rollers 11a, 11b, the material 1, and the guide rail 2.
