PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil tanker provided with an oil outflow/diffusion preventing structure for preventing the external outflow of oil occurring when part of a hull is broken by stranding and a collision or the like, allowing bag bodies packed with oil to be released to the outside from an opening and floated on the sea when the large opening is generated on the hull by the breakage in particular, and preventing the serious environmental pollution caused by the outflow of oil. SOLUTION: The bag bodies 7 formed with an expandable elastic material 6 and each having an opening section 8 serving as the entrance of the oil 3 at one position and a cover body 10 closing the opening section 8 are provided in one or multiple storage chambers 4 in the hull 2 having the storage chambers 4 storing the oil 3 such as crude oil and refined oil.
