PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator with little power transmission loss. SOLUTION: This actuator 1 is provided with an actuator case 2 formed with a first spring plate 10 capable of pressurizing one sides of a first extension piece 6c of a wheel gear 5 and a second extension piece 8c of an output shaft 7 respectively, a torsion waiting spring 11 having one end and the other end locked to the first and second spring plates respectively, and a case shaft part 13b rotatably supporting a wheel gear 5, and the first and second spring plates 10, 12 and formed with an output shaft support part 14a rotatably supporting the output shaft 7 independent from the case shaft part 13b.
