PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work carry-in/carry-out apparatus effective in utilization of a drive source, simple in structure, easy in maintenance, and simple in positional adjustment. SOLUTION: Guide frames 30 and 31 for being used for carry-in/carry-out in common are provided on a body of a machine, a carry-in stock T and carry- out product S holding means 35 are freely movably provided on the guide frames 30 and 31, a delivery pin 36 exclusive for the carry-out is fitted thereto, a stock truck 48 and a product truck 49 are installed below the guide frames 30 and 31 aside the body, and a product table 33 is freely movably provided above the stock truck 48 and the product truck 49.
