PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a weakening line in fitting and assembling a hinge cap to a bottle body, and to excellently and smoothly fit and assemble the hinge cap. SOLUTION: An assembling cylinder 2 of a cap body 1 is fitted to a lower end of a seal part 2a to be tightly attached to an upper portion of an outer circumference of a bottle mouth cylinder 18, a part of the assembling cylinder is left as a coupling portion 2c, and a locking portion 2b to be undercut-coupled with the bottle mouth cylinder 18 is provided substantially over the whole circumference via a horizontally provided thin-walled weakening line 10, a forward end of a hinge 17 to connect a lid body 13 is connected to a rear end of the locking portion 2b via a connection plate 3, a gap 11 to divide the locking portion 2b is provided on one side of the connection portion 3a, both surfaces facing each other of the gap 11 are connected to each other via a small connection piece 12, and the coupling portion 2c is formed in a portion adjacent to the gap 11 opposite to the connection plate 3. |
