PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject novel resin composition that is excellent in heat-resistance, dimensional stability, moldability, or the like, and is suitable for a molded article such as a flexible printed board when its transparency is especially good. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a polyimide composed of a repeating unit represented by formula (1) (wherein Ar0 is a 6-12C aromatic hydrocarbon group; and R1 is at least one group selected from the group consisting of divalent residues obtained by eliminating two amino groups respectively from 4-30C alicyclic diamines) and a polyarylate.
