PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool magazine that can allow an easy change in the number of tools stored, can prevent the tools from falling from tool pots, and is low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of pot holders 17 to which tool pots 16 are turnably journaled are radially fixed on the front surface of a disklike base plate 15, and a disklike worm shaft cover 33 having a notch in the lower portion is arranged on the rear surface side of the base plate 15. The circumferential region of the worm shaft cover 33, except in a tool changing position, abuts lever portions projecting from the tool pots 16 to thus regulate relative turning movement of the tool pots 16 to the pot holders 17.
