PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic acidic water discharge device, an electrolytic acidic water making apparatus and an electrolytic acidic water making unit capable of being put in a handbag or a pocket, easy to carry all the time, simple in operation and developed for the purpose of sterilization, disinfection, the removal of bacteria and astringency. SOLUTION: The electrolytic acidic water discharge device has an electrolytic water container with a volume of 10-150 ml housing electrolytic acidic water and a jet and/or spray discharge means. The electrolytic acidic water making apparatus is set to a position where electrolytic acidic water flowing out of an outflow nozzle is injected in the electrolytic water container when the electrolytic water container is mounted on a mounting part. The electrolytic acidic water making unit consists of the electrolytic acidic water discharge device and the electrolytic acidic water making apparatus.
