PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly and sufficiently ventilate the ground where plants may be planted by a simple construction, improve quality such as the sugar content and the coloring of a fruit of a fruit tree, or the like, and increase the crop yield. SOLUTION: Furrows 1 parallel to each other are dug along the arranged direction of the plants 9 at both sides of the plants 9 planted in a regular arrangement, and perforated pipes 6 are stored in the furrows 1. Air-permeable sheets are covered on the perforated pipes 6, and the soil is buried again to provide surface soil layers 4. The open end 7 at one edge part 6a of each of the perforated pipes 6 is protruded into the atmosphere, and exhausting pipes 8 for exhausting the air in the perforated pipes 6 are protruded into the atmosphere to provide the objective structural body for producing high-quality crops. The outside air is inhaled from the open ends 7 into the perforated pipes 6, passed through the perforated pipes 6 and exhausted from the exhausting pipes 8. Outer air flowed in the perforated pipes 6 is supplied from the perforated pipes 6 through air-permeable sheets 3 to the surface soil layers 4 until the outer air is exhausted from the exhausting pipes 8 to send fresh air to the rootlets of the fruit tree 9.
