PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo container for liquids such as liquors, especially a bamboo sake bottle, utilizing components, flavors and colors of bamboo. SOLUTION: An air hole 4 made by cutting athwart upper bamboo joint 2 and an end of a periphery of bamboo cylinder 1 and a pouring hole 5 at the other end of the bamboo joint 2 face are provided as well as a pouring groove 6 on the bamboo cylinder inner face leading to the bamboo joint 2 on the extended line of the pouring hole 5.
