PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for solving a problem of remaining liquid, waste liquid, moss, mold and slippery internal malodor from empty cans collected on a floor surface at the inside of a box type vehicle with a sealed vehicle deck and for improving spatial environment. SOLUTION: Titanium oxide films are formed on a material in which general drainboards, open verandas and plates are arrayed at intervals and on a material in which a beam is provided on a honeycomb-shaped plate by working plate and metal plate with openings and is spaced from a floor surface. The scaffolding with beam capable of displaying moldproof, deodorizing and antibacterial effects by a photocatalyst function of titanium oxide is manufactured in this way, to be installed or arranged.
