PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying device, with which liquid can be favorably supplied from a liquid supplying cylinder to a sheet-like matter held on an impression cylinder. SOLUTION: In the liquid supplying device equipped with a screen printing unit 20e having an impression cylinder 21e with a gripping claw 21ec holding a sheet 1 thereon and having a rotary screen 27 for supplying special ink or the like to the sheet 1 held by the impression cylinder 21e and with transfer cylinders 26d and 26e, between which and the impression cylinder 21e of the screen printing unit 20e, the sheet 1 is delivered, the outer diameter of the impression cylinder 21e is set so as to bury the gripping claw 21ea with the sheet 1 therein of the impression cylinder 21e of the screen printing unit 20e inside the outer peripheral surface of the impression cylinder 21e. Further, the outer diameters of the transfer cylinders 26d and 26e are set so as to realize the delivery of the sheet 1 between the transfer cylinders 26d and 26e and the impression cylinder 21e.
