PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stackable container with a cover which prevents load shifting and keeps the cover clean. SOLUTION: This relates to a container with a cover formed with a freely openable cover 7 on the top face opening of a container main body 1. Along the end edge of four sides on the top face of the cover 7, strips 11 are formed protrusively. The end top face of the strips 11 is formed with an inclined face 12 inclining downward in the extended direction of the strip 11 for another container with a cover to go up being pushed. The end of the side end edge of the bottom face of the main body 1 is formed with an inclined face 13 inclining upward toward outside for the container to run onto the strip 11 of another container with a cover. On the bottom face of the main body 1, a land contact area 21 is protrusively provided in an area smaller than an area surrounded by the strip 11 of the cover 7. The protrusion size of the strip 11 from the top face of the cover 7 is bigger than that from the bottom face of the main body 1.
