PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin composition hardly suffering deterioration when subjected to a heat treatment or thermoforming. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl alcohol-based resin composition comprises a modified polyvinyl alcohol (A) containing 1-20 mole % of at least one unit selected among 4C or lowerα-olefin units, alkyl vinyl ether units each having a 4C or lower alkyl group and hydroxyalkyl vinyl ether units each having a 4C or lower alkyl group, and a hindered amine compound (B), where the compounding ratio of the component (B) is 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A). |
