PURPOSE: An electrodialysis membrane cell unit for manufacturing concentrated brine is provided, which is highly compacted by forming water paths inside the facility and can prevent any electric leak, thereby increasing process efficiency. The structure of the equipment is so simple and easy to assemble, so that it can be utilized to various sizes of membrane and cell. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a cell unit composed of a compact plate (10,11), an anion exchange membrane (9), a desalinization chamber spacer (1), a cation exchange membrane (8), and a concentration chamber spacer (5), which are set serially; and (ii) two compact plates (10,11) which have different polarity, set at the outer side, have a raw water inlet line (12b) at the lower part and a treated water outlet line (13b) at the upper part and have grooves (12a,13a) for forming water paths.
