PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the optimization of a body structure capable of reducing the occupant deceleration at a collision. SOLUTION: A connecting member 6 to below a seat 1 is connected to a sub-frame 5 from the front end section of a vehicle body to the front section of a cabin floor, and the seat is connected to the connecting member. A holder 11 is fixed to the lower face of a floor side frame member 10 provided between a floor member 4 and a front side frame 8. The cabin side end section of the sub-frame is slidably supported by the holder at a load smaller than the buckling deformation load at the collision, and a stopper abutting after displacement is provided. Since the sub-frame can be displaced relatively to the floor member before the sub-frame is deformed by buckling at the initial stage of the collision, the buckling deformation of the sub-frame is prevented at the initial stage of the collision. The load is properly transmitted to the seat integrated with the collision load transmission member, and a desirous body deceleration wave- form generating the opposite deceleration can be realized by the abutting on the stopper.
