PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a powdery matter from moisture absorption deliquescence and caking, and to obtain a food additive composition excellent in preservation stability and containing such a powdery matter as an ingredient. SOLUTION: This method comprises formulating oil-and-fat and calcium carbonate with a powdery matter such as an organic or inorganic acid salt, a hydrate thereof, phosphate, amino acid or whey mineral each having problems of deliquescence, moisture absorption and caking. |
