PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam thawing heater capable of performing a quick and uniform heating cooking by performing thawing heating by steam without taking moisture into frozen food, jetting and staying steam so as to enclose the whole of frozen food and promoting thawing heating of frozen food by efficiently, effectively and sufficiently conducting heat of jetted steam and capa ble of preventing generation of abnormal vibration sound by steam jetted for heating. SOLUTION: On an upper side of a food tray 4 to be taken into/out of a steam case 3 constituted of a bottom body 1 and a cover 2, a steam jetting nozzle pipe 5 is disposed. On a rear side of the steam jetting nozzle pipe 5, a steam partition plate 14 is disposed so as to stay steam jetted from the steam jetting nozzle pipe 5 so that the food tray 4 may be enclosed. |
