PURPOSE: A water supplying apparatus through dew accumulation is provided to easily obtain water by accumulating dew by using a simple device filled with phase change material at a dry area such as a desert. CONSTITUTION: A water supplying apparatus through dew accumulation includes a congelation element(112) having a congelation cloth(118) forming dew condensation valleys(120) in pyramid shape and inserting tubes filled with phase change material into the dew condensation valleys, a filtering element(114) installed at the center lower end of the congelation cloth of the congelation element and embedding a filter(130) for filtering dew dropping from the congelation cloth, and a storing element installed at the lower end of the filtering element and storing filtered dew.
