PURPOSE: A road construction board combined with an ad board is provided, to set a lighting lamp in the inside thereof for easier distinguishing of the board sign and to save the cost for maintaining the board by making a sponsor pay for the board. CONSTITUTION: The road construction board(1) is combined with an ad board(2). The road construction board(1) is provided with a rear side made of an outer board; a front side made of a flex textile where the title of construction, the company of operation, etc. are displayed; and a lighting lamp placed inside thereof. Preferably the ad board(2) is set in the rear board of the road construction board; or it is separated from the road construction board and is set by using a trivision or an LED board.
