PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a granulated product of N,N- dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide free from dust scattering property, excellent in fluidity and having good dispersion into rubber. SOLUTION: The method of preparation comprises the following steps: dispersing a powdery technical in a surfactant-containing aqueous solvent; subsequently adding an aqueous solvent which contains a surfactant and an organic solvent; and heating the resultant mixture at a temperature not higher than the boiling temperature of water to make the powder particles adhere to each other.
